Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary for each product or service. When making a booking, please review the specific Terms & Conditions related to cancellation and refunds for that service. You can cancel your purchased product or service online at Travelling Mantra. If you encounter any issues, our customer care team is available to assist you. Please note that cancellations may require a minimum processing time, depending on the specific terms for the product or service booked.
Refund Guidelines For Travel Packages
Cancellation of any tour/packages is non refundable within a month of start date.
Cancellation before 1 month 50% from advance will be refundable.
Refund Guidelines For Hotel/ Stays Booking
Cancellation within a month is non refundable.
Cancellation before 1 month 50% from advance will be refundable.
Refund Guidelines For Flights Or Personal Helicopter Bookings
For flight or personal helicopter bookings, please note that there is no refund for cancellations. In the event of a cancellation, the full advance payment will be charged as a cancellation penalty.
Note: Please be aware that if you cancel after the deadline, you may incur a full cancellation penalty for any unused products or services. You are responsible for all booking, cancellation, and administration fees for any products not utilized. In certain cases, Travelling Mantra may charge additional cancellation or amendment fees beyond those imposed by service providers. We reserve the right to decline any booking and will refund any unutilized payments if that occurs. For refunds, it will be based on the availability of services and mutual discussions with our associated partners to determine what services can be provided for future dates. Thank you for your understanding! Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed based on the refund policy outlined at the time of booking. For air tickets, no fund is available while hotel refunds may take 10-15 working days. These timelines are estimates and may vary. Important Notes

  • No refunds will be provided in cases of natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances.
  • A minimum of 50% advance payment is required at booking, with full payment due on the tour's starting date.
  • Customers can choose to purchase travel insurance independently, or Travelling Mantra can arrange it on your behalf for an additional fee.

Rescheduling Policy

Our rescheduling policy is designed to accommodate customers who need to modify their travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers must notify us at least 1 month before their scheduled departure to be eligible for rescheduling. A fee of min 10 % may apply, and all changes are subject to availability. Any additional costs resulting from changes in travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer.
