If a customer cancels any package before early departure, they must send an email; otherwise, if cancellation occurs at the last moment, the company will not be liable for the loss and will retain the full payment amount. If a customer decides to cancel any package before the scheduled departure, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. By signing the tour Booking/Registration form or paying the initial registration fee, guests accept all Terms and Conditions outlined here. If a group includes multiple guests, the signature of one member signifies that all members authorize this agreement.
