At Travelling Mantra, we aim to provide you with an outstanding travel experience. Your booking is confirmed once we receive full payment and send you a confirmation email. All payments must be made as specified during booking, including any required deposits. While we carefully arrange your travel plans, Customers are encouraged to consider travel insurance to help reduce the risks associated with unforeseen events and disasters that may impact their travel plans. Travelling Mantra cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen events or circumstances. Your security and trust are our top priorities. If you receive any communication regarding a travel package that you did not book with us, please contact us immediately for assistance. If a customer cancels any package before early departure, they must send an email; otherwise, if cancellation occurs at the last moment, the company will not be liable for the loss and will retain the full payment amount. If a customer decides to cancel any package before the scheduled departure, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to assist you better and ensures that any last-minute changes can be managed effectively. Your understanding is greatly appreciated! Booking And Financial Terms

By signing the tour Booking/Registration form or paying the initial registration fee, guests accept all Terms and Conditions outlined here. If a group includes multiple guests, the signature of one member signifies that all members authorize this agreement. Please note that the initial payment only shows your intent to participate; it does not guarantee services like tickets or accommodations until full payment is made. If full payment is not received on time, Travelling Mantra reserves the right to cancel your booking, with possible forfeiture of deposits or payment. For special assistance, a minimum of 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before Seven days the tour starts. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your journey unforgettable!
